The French-made Nancy Pepper Mill has a helix-shaped double row of teeth to guide and hold the peppercorns to ensure they are ground to the correct coarseness every time. The steel of the grinding mechanism will not corrode, and is ideal for maintaining its original sharpness and resisting wear over time.
The Nancy Pepper Mill has a classic adjustable grinding system. To change the coarseness of the pepper, simply loosen or tighten the nut at the top of the mill, turning it clockwise for a finer grind, and counter-clockwise for a coarser grind.
