The Grand Maitre 2-Piece Carving Set by Victorinox features a carving knife and fork with beautifully balanced, perfectly weighted full tang construction, and intuitively engineered comfortable handles. The knife's no stain high polished forged steel blade has a razor-sharp edge that will retain its razor sharpness. The handles of both tools in this set are made of Poly Oxy Methylene (POM), which holds its shape and will not crack or separate from the blade. They are triple-riveted and ergonomically rounded to provide optimum weight, balance and comfort.
This 6" Forged Carving Fork by Victorinox features an intuitively engineered comfortable handle, and no stain high polished forged tines that are optimally spaced and just the right sharpness to both hold your roast while carving and pick up even delicate slices of meat without tearing them.
The Grand Maitre 8-inch Carving Knife by Victorinox features an ultra-sharp straight-edged blade designed to carve any roast from turkey to lamb, beef or ham. The long, thin blade slices cleanly through meat, and the pointed tip is perfect for joints and easily removing meat that's close to the bone.
Engraving: Up to 16 characters can be custom engraved on the blade of the carving knife in this set.
